A 5% plus drop is quite normal when a short report is published. Short Term Trader would definitely sell out and watch on the sideline as they don't want to carry additional risks. They don't care if the report is right or wrong.
Then, the sell out from short term trader would trigger some stop loses and that's why we have a 7% drop.
