Yep, take a look at the inspector360 website, REIV partnership is the first stepping stone. If they're successful here, there's a lot of adjacent market opportunities. Seems a reasonable bet at the low MC, won't take a lot to turn sentiment. They've as good as built a product with the intent of disrupting the market.
I don't think there was anything more than a bit of social media hype behind the recent action, but with credit suisse $70k buy the other week and another $60k buy the other day I'm not the only one that sees some value.
