A deal with an online marketing portal (such as REA, rent.com.au, etc..) would be of little to no significance to the company, AO1's offering has almost nothing to do with the marketing of a property, so such a deal would be arguably insignificant, especially on the SP or customer base of the company..

AO1 should be pursuing large real estate brands such as Ray White or Barry Plant as ultimately it is the agency that makes AO1 the money, not the homeowner. REIV is a step in the right direction but a large brand would be a jackpot. If AO1 were to put out an announcement that they had partnered with the likes of Ray White or Barry Plant and there was an agreement that all office would sign up, then I would be back in at pretty much any price.

Online marketing portals are not how this company makes money, real estate agencies will be the customer and they are NOT targeted through rent.com.au.
