Being in IT and being part of large company I worked for (over 1000 employees) it is worked out on a per head most of the time... I did read in an Alan Kohler article back in 2019 that Karl was quoted that they have an initial sign on fee which is determined on the size of the company and then it will range between $1 and $2 a product per head. This was used as an example as I am sure much smaller companies it would be a lot higher. My example was only an example of to show how easy these deals could grow.

We all know any deal can be changed per client and I guess that's why they keep these deals pretty close to their chest.
