Surely they knew the ASX would not allow that to stand without clarification?
They could have a problem with confidentiality now with the major new client scratching their head and suggesting to Karl that we have a confidence agreement and the ASX is your problem mate, fix it but leave us out of it.
Hopefully not the case and just a delay so Karl can get approval from client in details to be released.
Assume it's the 2nd, anyway will find out on Friday I guess.
