Lodestar Minerals Limited (“LSR” or “Lodestar” or “the Company”) (ASX:LSR) advises that it has entered into a binding term sheet with certain shareholders of Goldfellas Pty Ltd (“Goldfellas”) pursuant to which Lodestar will acquire 100% of the issued shares in Goldefellas. The Directors of Goldfellas will recommend that GoldFellas shareholders accept the offer by Lodestar.
