most likely reason is asx requesting further disclosure because the announcement doesn't comply with the listing rules and JORC code - not surprising, TAS and EDE have a history of non-compliant announcements
prob isnt a cap raise as I think TAs largely free carried by FMG, but with SP increase would be a good time to cap raise - but would be big aware Qs from ASX if they announced cap raise
