It would seem to be a giant waste of time and reasources to knock it back based solely on political grounds given the entire approval process that's in place. What would be the point of NOPTA if the PM can just say "yeah, nah" when ever he feels like it.
I put this out there before but didn't get a reply..... Has there been an example in the past of something like this being approved against the PM's personal feelings? Some precedent might settle peoples nerves (ie mine) lol
