it was virtually inferred in the first announcement, not sure how you missed it?
looks like they will use the inherent value in the Lithium assets to progress the gold assets.
Means the gold assets are probably already highly sought after by some larger entity so the company probably wants to spend a bit more money and time increasing the value before allowing it to be acquired.
This is all really great news imo
