    I've never seen action from the ASX investigating a leak. These speeding tickets are more designed to give themselves cover and place the onus on the company than anything else. They just want it in writing that the company is denying knowledge of anything. If ASIC ever turns up anything months later, the ASX can point to the document. And the last time ASIC ever prosecuted a leak was when someone sent them copies of emails direct to their email inbox, so...
