Interesting that the CFO & CS has qualifications in Chartered Accountancy from South Africa however
it’s difficult to find reference to qualifications in corporate secretarial either in South Africa or Australia. One would usually see that listed in one’s qualifications as well as membership of society. Just an observation and not suggesting that suitable qualifications are not held, just difficult to find.
