speeding ticket likely - always amazes me that when a stock loses 95% in value there is never a query - yet when it starts going back up, questions start getting asked. OEL was 5c 2 years ago ! If it is a speeding ticket with the usual Sergeant Schultz response from the company, then under the present circumstances I'd be expecting a minor drop when it reopens before the OEL team rejoin the party and take it higher again! E
