    The directors are buying without lodging a 3Y to manipulate the share price.
    PO3 has always been as tight as a drum when it comes to info leaks.
    Just given the calibre of the posters, or one particular poster, on this thread; I feel very comfortable that this WON'T be a CR but rather a speeding ticket.
