Altium constantly get take over offers, nothing new there. But if it gets real, I'd expect there could be at least 3 interested parties that would like to own Altium or at the very least, not want the other guy to own it. At a minimum I'd be expecting north of $40 but on a good day, quite a bit more, $50 plus. The US market value tech stocks much higher then the Australian market.
