Great business with great long term potential. I don't think Mirkazemi would want to let go of a company he built so easily and cheaply. Also might not be in the best interest of shareholders in the long-term to sell business for a short-term gain, given the company's long-term prospects. I could understand if the company was having problems then a take-over would be in the interest of shareholders, but I think this is a quality, profitable company that has a product that is becoming or already is the industry standard (i.e. like a microsoft for PCB/electronics designs) in an increasing digital world.
