Yep hope so.
This announcement details would have been lodged last friday at least for a PIT to come this morning. We have already had a TH in relation to the NAL - and we have been informed that it is now with the courts.
So IMO, if it is positive go-ahead it is just confirming what we already know....SO IMO no trading halt..
