    APA is in a hard spot. Environmentalists will demand banks decline to lend to and insurers not cover fossil fuel industries. It needs to go green. APA is being run for cash and is kicking off abundant FCF.

    Buying SKI makes sense.

    APA has changed its tune on expansion into US gas pipes.

    FY22 will be a very interesting year.
