The company will request a pause if they know they have to stop the shares from trading on the market, but they don't have the request for a halt ready to go straight away. You can pause trading with a phone call. An announcement takes 27 minutes longer.
There are no hints either way, but what are the possibilities?

Can't get the plan going so giving up and winding up the company.
I'd suggest 6 wouldn't happen until they'd spent every last scrap of cash and exhausted every option for capital raising. That would be at least several weeks away [note use of sarcasm font here].
4 seems pretty unlikely right now when they should be putting their money into getting the plant going.
Given that the company already has off-take agreements, 3 would be irrelevant until the plant is in production.
That least 1, 2, and 5 in play. And of these only 1 is really evil for we holders. Number 5 at least gives us the opportunity to exit at near our current prices.
