Pretty much - as with most enviro sensitive projects these days. But mostly the influence of abalone industry there at Smith Bay who pulled out all stops and got better enviro experts than KIPT. Shareholders should hope that KIPT do not sulk and pursue the govt in the courts and waste another $15m and 3 years. Time for some serious and objective negotiations to reach a solution.
I am aware that there is a significant push to develop a pellet plant near Mil Lel in the green triangle because the market for chips has died up and they are piling up without a home to go to.
Expect uncle Kieth to be furiously concocting a couple of ASX releases to hype up the share price.
KI Pheonix back into play etc etc. Lots of bedtime stories to read still coming.
Perhaps a buy at 90c
