You’d certainly think so. The whole system needs real-time digital overhaul.
But at least we don’t have pre-market and after hours trade for a special subset of the market, like they do in the US, where most of the manipulation takes place. It’s no level playing field there for ordinary retail. Nasdaq doesn’t understand the concept of a level playing field where all participants regardless of platform can trade on the same information at precisely the same time.
