Look this was a big stuff up by Market Eye IMO and when WBT made the 2am Twitter post about Leti partnership extensions/news it was probably expected Market Eye was meant to email about that but instead sent the one they had pre written for the next announcement. They would now have to liaise with Skywater that is a listed company in the US who also has announcement rules on the Nasdaq to follow, given the TZ differences between the US, Israel and Australia and the fact that announcement obviously wasn't ready to go to market for perhaps a couple of days there is now a bit of catch up to do that with that between all parties.
I expect tomorrow morning another announcement.
