Can't remember all the details but here goes. Going way back, somewhere around 2014/15 I think, WBT grew out of some Israelis doing a reverse takeover of Radar Iron (RAD), a WA mining company. Was done for 5c/share. Reverse takeovers are a quick and cheap way to get a company listed on an exchange. Radar Iron got renamed Weebit Nano and away we went.
