Ann: Pause in trading, page-22

well, i only learned about the company today so i don't know much about it. but:

* yesterday the company was trading at 18 cents

* yesterday the company had $3M in net cash, at the very least, therefore did not need to raise capital since all of its projects except this Berehaven Project were JV funded

* however, if they are offered $3M or $5M at 50 cents per share, that is enticing for them, dependent upon their understanding of the new Bereheven discovery

* possible WSA make some funding or JV offer for Berehaven

however, as was posted by another, possibly they have struck more nickel with another drill hole. who knows?
