There are a number of potential scenarios in play here:
1. CR - No, John & Will mentioned a week ago we have enough capital
2. Take or pay contract - Most likely.....Access Bio will not be required to pay out but will provide RAT at an improved margin to AT1 Plus increase supply
3. Exclusive contact with Access Bio - that would be havana but unlikely to happen. Pantonic must be selling as much as AT1.

Access Bio is approved for home use, which should be a trump card when dealing with NSW Govt.
The market is big enough for a few players.
