    Old link but from the afr: "The heavily shorted weapons manufacturer and space laser company, Electro Optic Systems, has hit up a non-bank lender for a short-term $35 million loan as it continues to burn cash amid long-awaited payments from its Middle East arms customer."

    It's not a great sign of a company in a good financial position.
