Lepidico Ltd (ASX: LPD, “Lepidico”) requests an immediate voluntary trading halt on its securities pending
release of an announcement by the Companyin relation toofftake and finance initiativesas well asto address
marketspeculation.
The Company requests that the trading halt be lifted on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on
Friday 12 November 2021or when the anticipated announcement is released to the market.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
