In terms of the current situation, my feeling is that CPH have actually done some good things, but that has been grossly overshadowed by the dealings of their Chair and his company EverBlu. Is the current market cap reflective of all they've done, that is the $150 million question.

For my money, I think there'll be a solid pull-back on the SP, and then will start to build again once investors gain some confidence that AB is out the door and people are running the company for its own purposes, not their own. But I'm not holding a losing position, so can afford to watch and wait...

i think its more than just Adam, Jame is also a questionable member. James, Adam and Everblu have started multiple small cap company in the biotech, resource and tech sector for which some were also investigated by ASIC. There are only 3 current directors. i posted some more info in my previous comment.
