I dont think much will happen either. The ASIC is currupt too. Don't forget Daddy has been in the game a long time. I think if there was concrete evidence an arrest would have been made.
I felt CPH might have been making some of the right moves of late. And there are many rival csicompanies who make these claims against these companies to slow the down.
Someone on this forum themselves have said they have been onto ASIC many of times in regards to CPH
