It means the directors are in possession of market sensitive information - so they have requested a trading halt in order to manage their 'continuous disclosure obligations'.
i.e. When directors become aware of market sensitive information, they have a legal duty to inform the market of that info. If they can't inform the market then a trading halt is required.
