RE: REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, BPH Energy Limited (“BPH” or “the Company”) requests that
trading in the Company’s securities be suspended from trading on 9 December 2021.
The Company makes this request pending the release of an announcement ("Announcement") with
respect to the participation of its investee Advent Energy Limited in a Farmin Agreement. It is
expected that the suspension will last until Monday, 20 December or the Company releasing the
Announcement, whichever occurs earlier.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
