Should mention my numbers are annualised, so only half will appear this financial year and will fully appear the following financial year (assuming some loss of FUM).
As you point out, prior year financials had average FUM of $100B. We will also need to monitor how much of a haircut Magellan takes on management fees across the board. I know they have said publicly there will be no cuts to fees, but this also needs to be monitored.
I think you could easily see $90B before June 2022 given the current trends.
There will also be some performance impact as Magellan have to sell down holdings to repay St James Place.
