Agree, hope you are wrong on 90B. The left over institutional investors are much smaller, so the loose 10B it may be 2 or 3 investors. As @ moonshine said where will they take the funds now, it is too late.
Inflation rate in in USA is 8% currently and moving up. Last time it was so high was in eighties and in Australia interest rate went up to 15%. Even USA it was very high. I am not saying it is going anywhere near that, but going up.
