The debate between index investing and active is a little like the position people take on religion. Zealots take a position, take it to an extreme and retain a closed mind. Both believers and non believers.
I happen to be a Christian, but not a zealot. I am also an investor recognising the strengths and weaknesses in all investment styles in the knowledge none will always be better than any other.
In my view, MFG will retain its character and regain its above index performance. DYOR.
