The one part of the announcement that will have triggered a pause is - the signed ton per annum.

The word majority is a no go zone to ASX this is material, as in the future SYR could state it was 5001 ton or 9999 ton (if the planned initial capacity is 10,000 tons)

For investers to research the value of the contract the ton per annum is required and it is unlikely tonnage is in NDA... since the word majority was used.

ASX would not require exact number even a range of percentage would be acceptable.

PS: I am dismissing any notion SYR doesnt have an agreement, as the Management would be aware that is jail time.
