Maybe its a new drilling team. The fact that BNL did not have a person on the ground is bewildering and lacks professional management. Its a bit like going to the moon for a moon walk by man without an astronaut to ensure that it runs smoothly and they know what they are doing. If there was someone from BNL there watching that makes it diabolical especially when drilling rig was passed off as "mechanical issues". To see clouds of dust along the drill not properly drilled/capped is shameful. I do question the expertise that is on offer.
