yes it doesn't look good,
as far as options mentioned, other companies have done re issues if i can call it that to expired options holder with first preferences... like as said at those entry pricings... .001. ....dilution yes... but with exercise price of the 2.75 or 3, it will put the need cash back in.... while initially won't produced much cash of that 500,000 it might provide enough to get to get to a jorc or at least find something of value... and then of course SP reflective... and exercise of options...
a few moments ago looking at other companies that had similar plans... and there is a flood of early exercising as their MC increase on finding deposits of worth..
of course we are long way off mining
