Agree but we may see JRL share value drop to 30cent and Newco value go to $5.00 therefore an overall increase, if we get share for share in Newco without JRL holding any % of Newco. If JRL holds a % of Newco the drop in JRL will be smaller but the overall value to SH would be the same.
Some lithium companies have done very well once they became 100% lithium. For JRL I'm 90% certain the Newco will be the lithium holder
