i think it would just be a speculation if a deal might not go through, i say speculation because the company would have gone into trading halt instead of pause trading, pause in trading suggests that there something unexpected that has happened recently that the company hasnt had a enough time prepare a response.

in addition, with the booklet being approved just yesterday, it makes me think this is just speculation now.... but could become something concrete over the next few hours to days.
