Whoever doing this is quite clever, by creating doubt over the takeover they make people nervous and suppress the sp for weeks. It’s a long way to July meeting so now they have plenty of time to buy all those nervous shares cheaply.
LNK is cheap at this price, takeover go through or not they still make money.
