Will be interested to see how the close relationship with EcoPro is altered with any strategic deal with Vinfast - esp anything close to 100% offtake.
It was always expected that ExoPro would be one of the JV participants to get hold of NCM for their battery business.
We’d want to understand where BSX will obtain the necessary industrial chemical expertise to get the downstream business off the ground - EcoPro was always thought to be a source of that deep technical knowhow.
Also, Vinfast coming in at a great time for them with the SP being depressed - less good for SH.
