    5mill shares
    its either been left behind because of a low MC and some buyers thought it was cheap
    you never know with some of these companies
    every June you see the odd one rising to $3 from .20 cents like etherstake
    so someone wants more shares thought it was a good move and not paying a higher price at the ipo?
