Yeah seems like a three way tie-up is possible. Gwalia has a small plant so I don't know if it would be at the centre of any long term processing solution. Being higher grade that material would be easiest to truck somewhere else though.
Long term it appears the strong majority of resources in the region are central-south of Leonora, including the ore that SBM acquired form Bardoc. That's why I thought relocating the processing plant might be best solution.
I've been trying to find reliable estimates of trucking costs, is $10/t a recent figure? I think the high diesel price and declining ore grades in WA might be causing a few companies to consider their long term trucking and processing solutions at the moment. Some Ulysses ore could be trucked for sure to Mt Morgans for a few years but the rest of the deposits I think are too low grade. Scale and processing where the ore is feels like the future to maximise efficiencies.
