GMD about to take over DCN. So they'll soon have a 3mpta functioning mill (Mt Morgans) situated ~100k east of their existing Leonara resources..... they'll also inherit a large resource (and some 'questionable' reserves) situated around the mill. And another resource sitting between Leonara and Mt Morgans...... I'm pretty sure this will be a sweet deal for GMD holders.
It might be a little dilutive (due to $100m cap raise) but the DCN mill is quite new (~5years old and well designed) and worth $175m (replacement value). Also, DCN is right now (due to ongoing mismanagement) is only valued at $100mkt cap with around ~$16mil of cash..... for GMD this is a real jump start to those plans towards ~300k ounces PA.... funny enough there was a time in the distant past when DCN management had plans to hit that target themselves...... how things have changed :/
