Ann: Pause in Trading, page-13

100% rise over the last week, then this announcement. Hmmm, as others have said, obviously insider trading. I can’t say I mind too much if it benefits me as a holder, especially given the losses I’ve had to endure with this stock to date. However, regardless of whether or not we benefit as holders, the overarching concern here is that our board and management team are a bit ‘loose’ shall we say, and that doesn’t fill me with long term confidence that they won’t substitute good corporate governance for a little personal gain….

Anyway, what can you do at an 85% loss other than hold on. This company could be great with decent management and a solid board.
