We are requesting a trading halt to provide us with additional time to properly consider the current information and to consider new information as it becomes available, and inform the market.How long we want the trading halt to last: We request that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier ofa) an announcement to each of ASX and NZX regarding the information; and(b) the commencement of normal trading on ASX on Thursday, 4 August 2022.The event we expect to happen that will end the trading halt: The release of an announcement by us to each of ASX and NZX or the commencement of normal trading on ASX on Thursday, 4 August 2022 (whichever is earlier).Information to include in any market memorandum relating to the halt: The trading halt has been requested pending the release of an announcement by a2MC.We confirm that we are not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
