Ann: Pause in trading, page-11

10:33 is a strange time....

CR would have been known over the last few days & pause in trading would have been posted after hours, not at 10:33 .... so either leaky or he's lazy.
Or....
take over bid, (unlikely, as most professional companies would have given notice outside of market hours, or he's lazy and didnt put in the pause quickly)
or....
another production issue (unlikely as we're about to go into a planned shutdown period)
or......
new financing arrangement, possible... as loan agents don't care about market hours...
or.... ????
