Be aware that a pause in trading can lead to a trading halt that announces the cap raise - there is precedent for this. The pause in trading only means that the company either a) couldn’t finalise an announcement before 10am but they know they will release it shortly, or b) news came forward in the last few minutes before opening and the company is working out how to announce it.
