i respect your view and it could be massive for DRE but the market respects cashflow and construction and hopefully HAS will tie up the loose ends shortly around financing and its off to the races with no more massively dilutive cap raises
Really interested if any of HAS work in Europe around downstream bears fruit because the market seems to be rewarding such action at the moment
