Rio Tinto made one of the biggest greenfield copper discoveries of the decade at Winu, 2.5 million tons of copper and 6Moz gold, literally on AZY'S Citadel doorstep.

It's worth noting that Sandfire Resources paid close to $3 billion this year for the Matsa copper deposit in Spain which is all underground, with no gold, and a lesser resource than Winu.

The Citadel JV has other Winu sized deposits there, but with exploration you might be lucky and hit the mother lode on first hole of drilling, or can spend years drilling until next discovery,...that's just how exploration is.

So no, I definitely don't want Citadel project sold for a measly $50 million
