Only my opinion but it seems to me the TGA in Australia only rubber stamp whatever come from the FDA. US big pharma don't even need to do lengthy & expensive clinical trials, for example the Pfizer vaccine, where they collected minimum P1/2 data then used us as their lab rats. If the politicians want a pharmaceutical industry in Australia the first thing to do is to get the Therapeutic Goods Administration to lift their game. Sadly just another example of our lack of sovereignty, we'll continue to bow the knee to the US & UK.
Only my opinion but it seems to me the TGA in Australia only...
